Arman Ahmed is an postgraduate student of International Relations at Bangladesh University of Professionals (BUP). He is the Founder and President of DhakaThinks, Bangladesh’s first youth-led think tank. He currently serves as a Research Fellow at the International Council on Human Rights, Peace and Politics (ICHRPP) and has previously worked with the Civil Diplomacy Foundation in Kyiv. Arman is a published writer on global strategy, regional diplomacy, and defense, with articles featured in Modern Diplomacy, Eurasia Review, STRAFASIA, and other international platforms.

Elia is an undergraduate student pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in International Studies at the University of Bologna. He is currently undertaking a traineeship at the European Parliament, following the activities of the DEVE, DROI, and AFET committees.
Among his interests are contemporary conflicts and peacekeeping, migration, and North–South relations. He has also gained experience in the field of development and has a background in local politics and association work.

Thanos Pantazis is an aspiring geopolitical analyst with a strong academic background in law and political science. He holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations from the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and is currently pursuing an LLB in European Law at Maastricht University.
He has participated in training seminars in international law and geopolitics from HarvardX, Yale University, and Leiden University. Born and raised in Heidelberg, Germany, he is bilingual in Greek and German, with advanced proficiency in French and English, and a good command of Turkish and Dutch. His interests focus on global governance, international legal frameworks, and geopolitical strategy, with a strong emphasis on security, diplomacy, and transnational challenges.

Manfredi is a dual degree master's student in International Relations at Sciences Po and LSE. He completed his BA in History and International Relations at King’s College London with a dissertation on early-Cold War covert operations. He is from Rome, Italy.

Stavros was born and raised in Thessaloniki, Greece. He holds a bachelor's degree in Balkan, Slavic and Oriental Studies and is currently pursuing a Master’s in International Security at Sciences Po Paris School of International Affairs. His areas of interest include Eastern European affairs and European integration. Stavros is proficient in Greek and English, with some knowledge of Romanian and French. His focus on conflict resolution and global security provides him with valuable insights into geopolitical dynamics. He has conducted extensive research on regional security issues and is currently affiliated with the Embassy of Greece in Skopje, North Macedonia, where he is actively involved in diplomatic initiatives and policy analysis.

Rocco is an Italian national based in Paris. He currently works at the OECD, where he contributes to policy programmes and regional initiatives related to the Western Balkans.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Governance and Diplomacy from Sciences Po and a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations, awarded cum laude, from the University of Bologna. He also has experience working with EU institutions and international organisations on issues related to European external relations and defence. His academic interests are deeply rooted in the geopolitical dynamics of the European continent and the Mediterranean region.

Giulia Shaughnessy holds an MA in Environmental Policy from Sciences Po, Paris. Originally from the United States and Italy, she brings extensive international experience, having lived and worked in nearly ten countries. She has previously worked on climate and energy policy at Deloitte Belgium and on housing policy in the Office of the Governor of Hawaii, experiences that have deepened her understanding of the governance of sustainable change. Her research interests include decarbonization policy, the geopolitics of climate change, and climate security.

James Simpson is a geopolitical analyst and venture investor focused on international security and emerging technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours, First Class) in Political and International Studies from the University of Melbourne and a Master of Advanced Global Studies in International Security from Sciences Po Paris. He previously founded and exited a decentralised finance technology company focused on stablecoin infrastructure and now works across early-stage investment and policy research on artificial intelligence, digital infrastructure, and geopolitical risk. Born in Australia and based in Paris, he is fluent in English, speaks French, and has working proficiency in German and Mandarin Chinese. His interests examine how AI-mediated decision systems and decentralised technologies reshape authority, responsibility, and legitimacy in security and governance.

Francesco is a Geopolitical analyst who graduated from the Paris School of International Affairs – Master in International Governance and Diplomacy, his centers of interest are the Post-Soviet Space and the Balkans. He occasionally writes on Scenari and International Affairs Forum.

Arslan was born and raised in Uzbekistan and currently resides in Warsaw, Poland. He holds a BA in International Relations from Collegium Civitas University. He is the founder and chairman of the Collegium Civitas Debating Society, and has contributed to the European Student Think Tank and IAPSS. He has professional experience in geopolitical and legislative research, reporting, editing, and copywriting. His primary area of interest is Central and Eastern Europe.
